The Logo

   The ADNU progRAMa logo took inspiration from the acronym’s most important initials R, A and M which stands for “Research Administration and Management”.

   The logo takes the form of a magnifying glass or a hand lens – a symbol often associated with research, science, and fact-finding. Inside of it is a sheep’s head, with an at Sign (@) at the middle.

   The word “programa” is spelled out, with emphasis on R, A, and M. The “@” at the middle represents Ateneo, where the program will be launched. It is inspired by the zodiac Aries, represented by a ram (male sheep), which often symbolizes or marks a beginning of something.

   With this project, Ateneo de Naga University hopes that we can further invite interest in research. We hope that through this program, we can emphasize the value of research where the process of understanding questions, finding answers, and filling gaps and knowledge begin.
